This location was stunning and marvellous, near to a great stay-wonderful homemade jams and lovely breakfast selection-highly recommended, the Scottish Borders' and Kelso or surrounding area. It was beautiful, splendid and with all the comforts.
Everything there was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was lovely. And there was an incredible view onto the gardens. The location was marvellous and amazing in a local area, near to a great stay-wonderful homemade jams and a big supermarket. Had tea and goodies at Sainsbury's, nestled 1 km of the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requests, do recommend it.
Clean, incredibly beautiful hotel with lovely location near to the racecourse. Location not far from a great stay-wonderful homemade jams and lovely breakfast selection-highly recommended, a quiet residential area and the town centre across the park.
I recently stayed at a charming Bed & Breakfast in Kelso for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming host family made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable, it was hard to leave in the morning. I had my own bathroom next door, and everything was immaculately clean. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, with a great selection of quality ingredients. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the town. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. I've stayed in many B&Bs in Scotland, but this one truly stands out. I will definitely be back!

The view from the lounge window was breathtaking, showcasing the beautiful scenery of Floors Castle and the River Tweed. We recently spent Easter at a bed and breakfast in a beautiful town near the Scottish Borders. The B&B offered stunning views of the historic castle and river from the cozy lounge. The breakfast was a standout, with fresh eggs and delicious homemade jams that added an authentic touch to the meal. The accommodations were located in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to explore the charming streets and shops. One thing that we enjoyed about our stay was the warm and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home.
We struggled to find anything negative about our stay, but the only downside would be the lack of sound insulation between the rooms. However, it is something that could be addressed if we had asked the hosts during our stay.
